Mixed Berry Breakfast Cake 4 bananas 1/4 cup coconut sugar 5 eggs 3/4 cup coconut flour 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup Preheat oven to 375. Mix everything except the berries together. After building up the volume in my workouts week by week, and slowly increasing the deficit of my calories on non-lifting days, I hit a wall. Sleep quality decreased, muscle soreness has increased, and time to recover has increased. These are common signs of overtraining/underfeeding - which is evident by what I stated previously with increased volume and decreased calories. . . This is when you MUST listen to your body, and know the signs of when it's time to throttle back. . . This week will be a deload week (3 workouts with no more than 60% of 1RM for weights, and increased mobility and recovery work) . . For my diet, I am streamlining the week at maintenance calories everyday instead of cycling. . . When doing deload weeks, you should feel recharged and craving the gym by weeks end. It will be hard to not push it, but I know my body needs it. . . Last June we went to guitar center and bought a bunch of equipment on a whim. As we sat there in @cardimane apartment looking at our almost $1000 purchase we said "Ok. So what do you want to talk about?" We decided to talk about our first competition experience post high school and college sports. And BOOM that was episode 1. If you woulda told us that by episode 29 we would have had @marksmellybell on our podcast we for sure would have laughed. If you told us we would have got a chance to meet @ihviiimattvincent. Happy Monday Peeps! This is a clear explanation of why your weight can change from day to evening and also day to day. When you weigh yourself do not be discourage if you see the scale go up a few pounds when you haven't changed you diet or lifestyle. This is completely normal. What must go up will come down if you are consistent with your plan. I am a proponent of weighing yourself everyday due to the fluctuations in your water levels. Every 7-10 days you should at some point hit an all time low even if it is just a pound and the scale goes up 2 the next day. That shows that you are progressing in the right direction. You will never know if you are hitting a low if you only weigh one day a week. The one day that you weigh for the week, you could have ate a meal high in sodium that will cause you to temporarily hold onto water. Also the scale is not the only method to use when it comes to tracking progress. Pics, measurements and of course bodyfat percentages are other ways that you can track your progress and it's more accurate than the scale. Besides the scale doest measure sexiness.
