I shudder to think that these cost money. Macros: once again on the poorer side. It’s pretty small in size for a 60g bar and fairly high in fat considering not much going on. Texture/ taste: no texture at all. This flavour at least has a tiny bit of an orange flavour to it but still such a bitter taste. Overall verdict: 2/10. So this morning I watched @5ft.fitness and saw at the start of the video they put their goals so I'm going to do my goals for this term (now till December). 1️⃣. I want my quads to get stronger/grow. 2️⃣. I want to have gotten a PB in my Bench (50kg) squat (110kg/115kg) and deadlift (135kg/ 140kg) 3️⃣. I want to stay motivated and positive. 4️⃣. If you are struggling with nutrition: Here are a few tips to get you back on a regime once again: - 1: Don't go straight into an all or nothing approach with your nutrition plan. This is not setting you up for success long term. Focus on making small adjustments day by day to your diet. Look at the 24 hours in front of you and do your very best. Small sustainable changes over time will lead to great results. - 2: Make your nutritional regime as flexible as you can. If you devise a plan that allows you to include your favourite foods from time to time and you are getting the results then you are on the right road. If you restrict yourself so much from certain foods you will only crave it more and more. Be flexible with your food options but keep to a calorie target that allows you to get your desired goals. Don't think that being on a "Diet" is bland tasteless food. Eat the foods that fuel you, are nutritious, filling and get you to your desired outcome. - Don't punish yourself with extra training. 3: If you have a bad day with food, don't punish yourself with extra cardio. Just get back to eating sensibly once again and stick to your normal training. Doing hours of extra cardio will not help your mindset. Exercise should be there to be enjoyed, not as punishment. - It's easy to get out of routine but once you have 2-3 days done, it gets easier and easier. 💪 #ckfitnesstips #coaching
