A Delicious Recipe For Vegetarians or even vegans!!! Tomato and garlic Maggi (A healthier version of maggi). So I made a few changes to the original recipe and this is what I came up with. This takes maggi to a whole a new level of taste and slightly healthier standard. Bon Appetite!! 🌿🍝🌿 Recipe- Ingredients: (Serves one) Maggi- 1 packet Green pepper- 1 med finely sliced Tomato - 1 finely chopped Garlic- 3 cloves, finely minced Basil leaves- 1/2 tsp (dried) Oil- very little Method: 1. Boil water for maggi, add the noodles and half of the taste maker and let it cook for few minutes. 2. Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in some oil for 30 seconds and add tomatoes. 3. Cook the tomatoes until soften. Try not to add any water into it, maybe just a teaspoon or 2 if needed. Let the water dry out. 4. Add green peppers into the tomatoes and garlic mixture and cook for a few minutes, don’t let the peppers soften. 5. Add dried basil leaves to the mixture and mix it. 6. Finally, add the cooked maggi to the veggie mixture and turn the heat off. Mix well and serve hot. Tip- to make it chicken flavored, add a packet of sodium free chicken bouillon to the boiling water before adding the noodles to the water.

In solitude the mind gains strength and learns to lean upon itself ✨ =============== I've had a few conversations lately regarding dating and people seem surprised or don't understand why at this time in my life I'm choosing not to date, not to engage romantically or intimately at all with men. 😱 "why not?" "Is everything ok?" "Why?!??!? Are you talking to ***** again ?" Are just some of the baffled responses I get 😂 let me explain: I began dating someone back in the summer and it began super quickly and super intensely. My logical self was screaming at my impulsive self the entire time. Things where moving so quickly and I knew better, I knew something was off but I went with it anyway. It was sooo intense and those gushy mushy feelings were extremely addicting ! I wanted to believe I could have that ! That it was real and the pace at which we were going didn't matter. It ended quite badly almost as quickly as it began. As intense as the good times were the bad times were equally as intense. So much so that I could feel myself slipping from my own mental and emotional grip. When it was all said and done I didn't like who I had allowed myself to become. Once it was over I began seeing someone else right away ! But I knew I just wasn't into it. I needed to heal myself. Not because I was broken or damaged but I needed to find myself again. I needed to reestablish my mental and emotional wellbeing 🙇🏻‍♀️ so that's where I'm at right now. Im CHOOSING to be by myself but not for lack of offers and not because I'm jaded. I still believe in love and all of that mooshy stuff. I just know it's not my time yet. How can someone love and accept me for who I am if I'm still learning to love and accept myself ? I'm getting there but for now I like being alone. I get to spend time with my little man, I'm spending time with friends more and im focusing on my job and ME 🙋🏻 and there's nothing wrong with that. I think more people should embrace the times your find yourself single/in solitude. Take those moments to explore and find yourself. Eradicate the pressure and need to be in relationship. Find peace in loving yourself 💕

Raise your hand if you’ve tried, time and time again, to stay focused on achieving a goal? . Today, while my boyfriend and I were out with my dog, we sat down to have a beer and eat some dinner. My dog spent the entire meal begging for food, even though we never give her table food. She even JUMPED UP onto the bench of the table we were at. Let me reiterate, we NEVER give her table food. . We’ve been trying to train her to stop begging for food for the longest time, but there are so many times that she gives us these puppy eyes and we give up on our discipline, and again, we fail to achieve our goal of training her to stop begging (or at least beg less). . Now, I understand that most dogs will beg, dogs will be dogs, but with persistent training, it is possible to see improvement. This got me thinking about how hard it can be to achieve your own goals, and how, without the proper support, discipline, and persistence it seems impossible to reach them. . It doesn’t have to be that hard! What if you had a group of supportive people that want to see you achieve your goals and are there to be your sounding board when you’re finding it hard to stay disciplined! What if you had a plan that was easy to follow so being persistent wasn’t such a chore? . Sounds awesome right? So what's holding you back! Message me for more info!
