Making big life decisions are less stressful than ordering a fucking salad for some reason. I don't know why, but I crack under pressure all the time when it's my turn to order and I usually wind up creating the worst salad possible.

I'm really digging this new Instagram swipe thing. ⬅️⬅️swipe left for my full day of eating yesterday⬅️⬅️ ___________________ Meal 1️⃣: 2 servings of rolled oats, 75g raspberries, cinnamon. 1 whole egg, 3 servings of egg whites sprinkled with pepper and pink salt. Black coffee. Meal 2️⃣: Sliced red potatoes seasoned with pepper, pink salt, cayenne pepper, and parsley. 4 oz lean ground beef grilled mixed with 1/4 chopped spinach. Preworkout-Meal 3️⃣: 2 slices Ezekiel bread with powdered peanut butter and sugar free jelly. Light and fit Greek yogurt. 100 g apple. 2 light cheese sticks. Post workout-Meal 4️⃣: whey protein shake with 1/2 banana and cashew milk. 75 g chicken. 1/2 cup white rice. 1/2 avocado. Meal 5️⃣: 1 serving of oats (my favorite if you couldn't tell). 1/2 snickerdoodle complete cookie, 50 g blackberries. Meal 6️⃣: 2 servings of Special K protein cereal with 1 serving cashew milk. ___________________ You guys always ask what is "okay" to eat and if you should just be eating "clean." Define clean. Because I sure as hell cant. I eat what I want, whenever the hell I want, I just eat things in moderation and I measure EVERYTHING. Think you're eating healthy but you still can't get the weight off? Well eating an entire pint of blueberries is probably doing that to you. Yes that's "healthy" and it's "clean" and it's totally acceptable to eat blueberries. But educate yourself. Blueberries are jam packed with natural sugars. If you're trying to lose weight, then a ton of fruit probably isn't going to help you reach that goal. Measure out 100 g instead and pay attention to the nutrition facts. ___________________ I eat 6 meals a day spread apart about 2.5-3 hours. So I start eating at about 7:30 in the morning and finish by about 9:30 at night.
