🙏🏼🙏🏼Please Read Guys🙏🏼🙏🏼 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ One day I got to thinking how amazing my life would be right now, If all my poor decisions from my yesterday’s were replaced with powerful, positive & deliberate decisions. I started to think about the quote: “Yesterday you said you would start tomorrow” Think about it for a minute What if – just hypothetically What if EVERY decision you made today was deliberate What if every decision you made from this moment forward was one that took you in the direction of your dreams Not sidewards, not backwards, but forwards. Think how different and amazing your life would be in 10 years, 5 years even 1 year or less if EVERY action you took was powerful Think about all the unconscious decisions you make every day – health, financial, even in relationships Things like smoking or drinking Little decisions we make like picking up a treat instead of staying DISCIPLINED and making our health and body MORE IMPORTANT than a brief moment of satisfaction. We do we both perceive limitations and at the same time remain in the ordinary? Most of us do it because we don’t want to fall out of place. We don’t want to be left out. And as STUPID as that sounds. We tend to be THAT STUPID We as humans do not want to soar like an eagle, because all of our friends are on the ground plodding along like headless turkeys. They won’t fly, so we won’t fly We can’t say no to a night out with friends, they might not love us anymore. One drink won’t hurt, one treat won’t hurt… But it does. It stops us from reaching out full potential And then we look back on life with the worst of all emotions – Regret. We think “I could’ve done this” and “I should have done that” …. But I didn’t! What if today you took excuses off the table and took only positive action towards your goals? I want you guys to really think about this and ask yourself what can you improve. TBH I haven't been reaching my full potential. Which sucks because everyone else knows I'm better then this. Im not talking about drinking, smoking or doing drugs screw that. I'm talking about the strict diet, putting everything I got into everything I do. Well that changes now for me.

I've been wanting to start my own food Instagram for a while now, and I finally decided to do it! Now more than ever, I am focused on eating the right foods in order to optimize my health. I spent 4 months living in Singapore and traveling around Asia, and I quickly learned that processed foods and artificial sweeteners are much, much less prevalent there than they are in the U.S. My goal now that I am back home is to eliminate as much of these foods from my diet as possible, to maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle 😊 For brunch today I made a simple sweet potato hash with spinach, brussel sprouts, and of course, a fried egg. Yum 👅
