Decided to the take the kids on a #run and hit new bests on overall pace and distance constantly ning. Got 1.3 miles with the first mile finishing in 8:45 and then walked .4 miles and then ran a second 1.3 mile leg with a finishing mile in 9:04!

Even light weight is killller near the last reps. I like to do 8 sets of T's followed by a burnout of one of the three alterations you can see here, then two more T's after.
